Responsibilities

• Manage railway and non-railway catering operations.
• Develop corporate strategies for catering services.
• Expand catering outlets via franchises and joint ventures.
• Enhance revenue from various services.
• Liaise with Indian Railways and private hospitality sector.
• Oversee HRD and training.

Eligibility Criteria

• Age: Minimum 45 years; residual service criteria apply.
• Employment: Regular capacity in CPSEs, Central Govt., SPSEs, or private sector with Rs. 2,000 crore turnover.
• Education: Graduate with preference for Hotel Management/Hospitality degree.
• Experience: 5 years in services and hospitality industries.
• Pay Scale Eligibility: Based on current/previous positions in relevant organisations. Immediate Absorption: Required for government officers.

Duration

• Five years or till superannuation.
