The Indian Air Force invites Indian/Gorkha (a subject of Nepal) male candidates to appear in the recruitment rally from 29 January 2025 to 06 February 2025 to join the IAF as Airmen in Group ‘Y’ (Non-Technical) Medical Assistant Trade at Maharajas College Ground, PT Usha Road, Shenoys, Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala-682011.

Key Information:

• Selection Process: The selection in the Indian Air Force is fair and transparent and based on merit. No bribe is required at any stage for selection or recruitment.
• Eligibility: Male Indian/Gorkha (a subject of Nepal) citizens from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and UTs of Puducherry & Lakshadweep.
• Trade: Group ‘Y’, Medical Assistant Trade.

• Maximum Age: 21 Years

Important Notes:

1. Prescription and Spectacles: Candidates should bring a recent prescription (not older than one month) and spectacles for corrected vision, if used.
2. Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances: Possession, storing, distributing, or consuming narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances is prohibited. The IAF has a zero-tolerance policy towards alcoholism and substance abuse.
3. Body Tattoo: Permanent body tattoos are not allowed except on the inner face of the forearms, back of the hand, and for Tribals as per their customs. Offensive tattoos are not permitted, and the decision to accept or reject a tattoo rests with the Selection Centre.
4. Sikh Candidates: Only Sikh candidates whose religion prohibits cutting of hair or shaving are permitted to grow hair and retain beard and moustache.
5. Discharged and Serving Individuals: Candidates discharged from the Indian Army/Navy or other government organizations are eligible, provided they have no adverse entries. Serving individuals need an NOC from their employer. Candidates discharged from the Indian Air Force or debarred from previous Air Force exams are not eligible.
